Well about PM you have to wait 30day and 30posts before PM works
It is to stop spam bots and alike

Is there any other process I can go through to conduct a trade I'm interested in? I don't think the seller will wait 30 days

you could view profile on person and leave a visitor message if enabled by the person most people have it on

or give them an email address to contact you at on the sell page
