Hello all, I'm a noobie! –
I have a couple problems with PS3 maybe someone could be so kind and help me out. 1st one is PSN has put a ban on my account because they had renewed PS PLUS without me knowing about it. I had called about 2 weeks to 10 before it was up and asked them when it ran out and no one could tell me to go to services and turn off the auto-renewal. Sony had renewed my PS PLUS on a Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. and sent me an email Monday at almost 10:00 p.m. saying thanks for renewing blah blah blah. In that 24 hour span I had downloaded a free avatar from PS PLUS and when I found out I got charged I asked for a refund. I was told no because I had got something from PS PLUS already. I went to the bank and disputed the charge, got my money back and they have banned my main account with all my DLC, bought games, etc. I can not get to it. I don't have a modded PS3, it's running on 4.31, I'm not smart enough to figure out that stuff on my own. Is there a way I can get into my account or access my things I've downloaded? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

On that note, they, being $ony, sent me a $4,99 credit to use on their store. I take it you got the same thing. They're terrible at $ony, I've called them because I had an error code popping up on a movie I bought. I explained to some dumb customer service rep. and he's asking me about the movie being in a cloud on my XMB Menu and anyone that's rented a movie knows you can stream it instantly or download it and it goes automatically under Movies on your menu. I told him that and proceeded to say "F" this and hung up on me. Calling their customer service is like clapping with one hand, useless!!!
