Best theme creation tools...

What would be the best PS3 theme creation tools? I don't care if its dynamic or not. Just as long as it comes with an easy to follow tutorial and I can skin the newer icons like the Minis Save Data and the like.

You should ask spiffy or something (his name) he creates some nice multiman themes....just find his multiman them thread and ask him...

But I'm looking to make PS3 XMB themes, not MultiMAN themes.

To create static themes just use the official theme tools by Sony and Photoshop.

Get into the search engine to get your regards on related theme.... Some of the tools can offer good performance to you... So you can enjoy the service with that....!
