Update ARM?

Hy! I downloaded from a t*************** armx. Works fine but I need an update. There is a tutorial in txt

1) Make an empty folder on disk C: named "ARMAXCD"

2) Copy all files and folders from the Action Replay Max Evo cd to the "C:\ARMAXCD" folder

3) Install the MaxDrive software for PC if you haven't done so
3a) Double-click the file C:\ARMAXCD\ARMAXPC\MAXEU.EXE
3b) Change the destination directory to "C:\Program Files\Datel\MaxDrive PS2 EU" when asked for a folder
3c) Double-click the file C:\ARMAXCD\ARMAXPC\MAXUS.EXE
3d) Change the destination directory to "C:\Program Files\Datel\MaxDrive PS2 US" when asked for a folder

4) Update the EUROPEAN version of the code list
4a) Launch the MaxDrive program "MaxDrive.exe" located in the folder "C:\Program Files\Datel\MaxDrive PS2 EU"
4b) Click the "AR MAX CODELIST" button and confirm two times, then wait for the download to finish
4c) Now copy the file "codelist.bin" located in the "C:\Program Files\Datel\MaxDrive PS2 EU\Saves" folder to the folder "C:\ARMAXPC\RES\CODELIST"
4d) Delete the file "EU_CODELIST.BIN"
4e) Rename the file "codelist.bin" to "EU_CODELIST.BIN"

4) Update the AMERICAN version of the code list
4a) Launch the MaxDrive program "MaxDrive.exe" located in the folder "C:\Program Files\Datel\MaxDrive PS2 US"
4b) Click the "AR MAX CODELIST" button and confirm two times, then wait for the download to finish
4c) Now copy the file "codelist.bin" located in the "C:\Program Files\Datel\MaxDrive PS2 US\Saves" folder to the folder "C:\ARMAXPC\RES\CODELIST"
4d) Delete the file "US_CODELIST.BIN"
4e) Rename the file "codelist.bin" to "US_CODELIST.BIN"

6) Now launch the "CDGENPS2.EXE" file located in the folder "C:\ARMAXCD\CDGENPS2"
6a) Drag all files and folders from the "C:\ARMAXCD" folder to the right panel of the CDGENPS2 window
6c) Click the "IMG" button and enter "C:\ARMAXCD.BIN", then press "Save"

7) Load DVDDecrypter or any other suitable burning program and burn the image "C:\ARMAXCD.BIN"

Repeat steps 4-7 to create another cd, when you need an updated code list

I did all these steps, but when I insert my cd nothing happens, cd keeps spinning and screen is black. The one I downloaded works fine. Am I doing something wrong?
