swapmagic, ar max & a backed up game?

hi im wondering if i can use the cheats of a ar max disc on a backed up game?
if so how would i do it?
ive tryed loading the cheat with ar max then loading swapmagic then my backed up game but with no luck any help would be great thanks

I guess you can't when using SwapMagic...
