Question about usb and cheating
Question about usb and cheating –
Just thought of something. Would it be possible to turn a usb flash drive into a gameshark or codebreaker for the ps2?
A flash drive is a piece of hardware.

It is not possible for a flash drive to be 'turned into' either software or a disc.
What is possible is to use homebrew software to run an elf file ripped from a CodeBreaker disc and patched for use with homebrew game backup methods. But doing it with USB does not work well on newer consoles, as the CodeBreaker GUI will freeze when any USB device is connected on a console of model v14 or newer (SCPH-750xx) and on the newest v18 models CodeBreaker elfs will not run at all (SCPH-900xx). The method can still be used on models before v18, though you will need to pull out all USB devices from the console on models v14-v17 (can be done AFTER launching the CodeBreaker elf from one such device, to save storage space on MC, but the cheat database WILL be stored on MC if you edit any cheats).
You can find out a lot more about this by entering the next text line into a google search box.
patched CodeBreaker elf
That search string is bound to give you hundreds of hits relevant to this topic.

Oh, just wanted to know if I can use a codebreaker or gameshark like program on my ps2 and input codes that way since I don't have one.
