Make Codebreaker Work w\ MagicV?

Is there a way to make Codebreaker v8 work on a V9 PS2 w\ MagicV chip? [besides switching the chip off] :-pray:

only with USA consoles , he check which region!!
( I mean the original CB2V8 )

i found it very sad, that it worked with swap crap
