This site is in Japanese, but it has Virtua Fighter Evolution and Capcom Vs SNK 2 codes. Just use a translation web site and you're set:

Yes, here are GT4 codes for Gametech Japans' Xterminator (www.gametech.co.jp). I didn't do the codes for the other games, sorry. If you can decipher the Gametech webpage, they should have some...
