How to change Max value? –
11-12-2004,11:37 PM
For example: AR2code ---> exp: 1CB4B318 0856E7A8 WILL GIVE YOU MAXIMUM exp after fight, and GS2 V4,EXP: 28915766 1CD1A03E--GIVE YOU MAX EXP !!!
BUT i want to change their value to the value i want,eg: 5000EXP TO 1000EXP, HOW CAN I DO? what digits should i make a change?
(for CB it is easy to change the last 4 digits number but for GS2 V4, AND AR2 OR AR MAX , I HAVE NO IDEAR)
PLEASE HELP!

AR2 example:
1CB4B318 0856E7A8 converted to hex = 202530F0 14000003
your code for 1000 EXP should be like this:
hex: 202530F0 000003E8 converted back again to AR2 = 1CB4B318 1456E4FD
new codes:
AR2 code for 1000 EXP = 1CB4B318 1456E4FD
ARMax code for 1000 EXP =
UZCH-JQCU-V9UP2
7UBH-0NN0-9D3WU
J9NN-6GM5-UJE0U
GSv4 code for 1000 EXP = 28801F7A 1CF0A13C
think they should work, try them!
(used wincalc and some converter tools thats on the web)

202530F0 14000003
The value of the code likely isn't the value of experience you earn. I have no idea what game this is for, but that has got to be a branch operation. Changing it to values like 3E8 will cause a crash pretty damn quick. Somebody would have to look at the ELF to figure out what needs to happen so you can customize the amount of exp earned.

Yes and no. If it were possible you would have to decrypt, modify and encrypt again, as ralfyralf said, but those steps aren't really that difficult. No matter what device this code is encrypted for, it's got the same issue.
Don't worry about it, ralfyralf. The bulk of the time what you said would be correct. This just happened to be one of the exceptions.
