Do M codes help boot problem games for a gs2+dvd key+dmc?

Hi,
I've got a friend who boots his backup DVD-r's with a 3 wire modchip. You boot the gameshark version 1.9 then swap in devil may cry demo, finally the modchip ejects the tray and you put the backup in. This works great for most games, but there are a few that will not boot up.
Champions of Norrath (Kalisto Rip)
NFL Blitz Pro
007 Everything or Nothing
Ghost Recon Jungle
MLB 2005

It seems like more and more games are not working. Maybe this is because of DNAS? So the question is, do these games need a special gameshark code to boot up? There was a special dummy code for Tomb Raider AOD. However this code doesn't work for the above games. Any help please?

not all games will boot with the boot disc

Yes, I guess I was hoping there would be a gameshark code you could use to make it work, but it is not that easy. I have had some luck by putting the SM3 on the mem card and using that to boot the problem games.
