Codes in a ps2 iso

hi i was wondering if you could input codes directly into a ps2 iso
without using a cheat device? like modify it with gameshark codes without using a gameshark. so that way i can just boot my ps2 backup and it will have the codes hacked inside, so i dont have to use a GS cd. am i speaking of something impossible or can anyone help me?

It is possible with a trainer, but only release groups make those not us, its something not easy to do...
