Ok I followed the instructions given to boot a game using the exploit, but the game hangs on a black screen when I try to load it through HDL. Does this mean that the game is uncompatible with this way of using Codebreaker?

The game is Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence, and I am pretty sure it isn't the code because it works with the retail (not on the harddrive) version of the game.

I've seen at least a half dozen versions of this. Which one is the "proper" release? If you've seen it hosted on another site, post a link.

"Propper" or "Proper".. is this this a name of some cracking group, or did you just mean "proper" as in the working version vs. the non-working version? Also, what did you mean by "without a CD in the Tray"? Does that mean you don't need to put a copy of HD Loader in the tray to launch a game from the HDD in order to use the codes?

I just compared that download to mine, using a .SFV file, and it's the same as I have. With my copy, I need to put HD Loader in the tray to access my HDD games, while the codes are still in memory. I can then take the disc out afterwards, but I still need to initially put in the HD Loader disc just to access the HDD games, or am I missing something?

Oooops,... Just a typo.

I mean "proper". ^^6

The 1st cracked version I had, ever want´s a disc in the tray and wouldn´t boot up/start, if there isn´t one.

The new cracked version I have, don´t need one.

Of course I need HDL-Disc in tray, to start the games, but the CB itself boots without one.

Hm,... I´m not sure, if it´s o.k., to post the link here, because it´s the webspace of a friend (member of our forum).
