Hello! Im using a fat PS2 (older) version with hdloader through McBoot 1.8, and I would like to use the CBV92_GSHI_DAY1_ELFLDR.ELF which I have already, but everytime I tried to load it from my USB drive, it keeps showing "out of memory" errors during the boot up on the codebreaker screen. This usb drive is a 2GB, so it has plenty of space.

My understainding is that this is the only version of codebreaker that could read day 1 files made by anyone, no just the official ones.

I would appreciate any help on why those error messages and what I can do to resolve them.....thank you.

BTW to you have at least 512mb free space on your HDD?

[B]First of all thank you for replying to this message:[B] I read the link that you posted, and unfortunately for me that post has is nothing related to what's going on in my case....this is what im using:

*fat (older) PS2 with a internal 160GB hard drive with 30GB of space left in it.
    *FMCB 1.8
    *Codebreaker: CBV92_GSHI_DAY1_ELFLDR.ELF or CBv9.2hdloaderday1fixed
    *HDLOADER vers. 8c
    * And a memory card with at least 2MB left which is normal due to its small capacity.

But no matter what other .elf files I get to have on the memory card, I have tried loading either of those version of 9.2 codebreakers from the card and from the thumb drive which has 2GB capacity, the end result is that both files end up saying "out of memory" right when is "loading" the cheat codes.

I have spent a lot of time reading these posts and only one person so far had the same problem as me, but that person got banned right in the middle of the posting, so I don't know if anyone had a chance to even figure it out. Once again any help will be appreciated.

    1.Do you have modchip?
2.Try starting Ule then unplug your memory card and load CodeBreaker from your USB device.
3.Try deleting the CodeBreacker partition on your hdd using UlaunchELFs HDD Manager, also delete the save file on your memory card if you have one(CodeBreaker save I mean)

I don't have a modchip, just softmodded through memory card.
I will try option 2 and 3 once I get back from work tomorrow....

thanks in advance, hopefully one of those will work for me.

AWESOME, Thanks "VSUB" you are a life saver...I tried the third step, erasing the codebreaker partition and that got rid of my problems, that's certainly a codebreaker solution that I will never forget...thanks man!

I have another question on regards codebreaker but I guess I should open a new Post.

Thank You VERY MUCH once again!

I guess, you already added DAY1-Files to you cheat-data-base on HD?
