Is there any new ps2 code decoder such as Ps2 code decoder beta 2 or a decoder that transforms codes from AR2 to GS2 v3?
Because I don't know how to turn AR2 codes for Winning Eleven 7 in a correct way.

first put the Key code in (its he first line of the AR2 Master Code)
put the Input to 'Action Replay2' and put the oupt to GS v3
paste your AR2 code in the input and the GS v3 code will appear in the output

there are 2 guides to this in the guide section and at the ITM main site
