Will multiMAN work with all "black screen" games?
Will multiMAN work with all "black screen" games? –

Well, I had a scare with Prince of Persia the Forgotten Sands. The game did not want to load up at all. So I decided to finally give in and update multiMAN to version 1.16. I didn't want to have the fear of not being able to run my backups. Thankfully there's a BDEMU.bin that can fix that. So I ran multiMAN and it still didn't run the game. Still got the black screen. Loaded up multiMAN again and tried to find a black screen fix for the game. Apparently there's a fix for the external HDD. Pushing SELECT + X can fix it (well, I think that's it). Anyways, I used that and it fixed it.
Now I'm wondering, will this work for all black screen games or only most of them?

Yeah I guess we'll see. So far I'm testing it with previous games I've heard that keep getting black screens. Gonna test it with Gran Turismo 5 and Prince of Persia Trilogy.

It requires that the game is mounted on an external usb device, so even though it's only a shadow copy, I it should still have the 4gb file limit. For noobs, that means it won't work with any game with any single file larger than 4gb. Most games do not fall into that category though.

Yeah, all my games that have files larger than 4GB are on my internal drive. Killzone 2 and Red Dead Redemption.
