Rock Band Country Pack loads to black screen, fixes do not work!

embarrassing, probably. i am trying to load rock band country pack and i select it in multiman and it brings me back to the XMB and then when i select the game to load it goes to black screen and ps3 just sits there. i have not had any problems with any other backups so far. my ps3 is running CFW 3.55 with multiman 1.6.7 and all my other backups work great.

i tried the select X option to mount the image first but that does not work. i tried fix permissions program package and that does not work either.

That info really helped out with the problem dalearyous is having. Glad you could help him out! I bet he really appreciates your input on this.
You do realize that country music is one of the MAJOR types of music listened to right........................right?

I bet you would LOVE to come over and listen to some of the orchestral, opera and jazz cd's I have (not to mention the many country cd's ). Hell, I even have a couple Indian music CD's (from India......not "Native American Indian") you might want to hammer on me about.

Meh, whatever. You probably listen to rap (about the only type of "music" (if you can call it that) I don't like), so your opinion on music is worth about the same as mine.

About the only suggestion I can give is try it with a game disc in the drive and see if that helps.
It may just not be compatible with being played as a backup.

You might also install the Rogero backup manager and see if that helps the situation.




BTW, I was listening to Metallica "Live in Philadelphia" on XM while i was working today.
You could say that I enjoy a large variety of music.
