Demon's Souls Trophies problem

Hello everyone!

Need some help here, I successfully backed up Demon's Souls and I am able to launch it, but the part where it loads the trophies, says that trophy data isn't installed. Did I do something wrong somewhere? :P New to this. ^_^

Using kmeaw CFW 3.55, with Gaia manager.

I had the same problem... but I just tried again one more time, and it pass through installing it normmally... I dont know why.

Hey, I got what you need to do.
I dont know about Gaia Manager, but in Multiman when I load the game it asks if I want to load it now, or come back to XMB.
If I load the game by Multiman, i get the trophy error... but if I ask to comeback to XMB, I just need to go to that folder with a strange directory name (that finish with /ps3_game) and play it. The game will open and run with no problems...

If in this Gaia Manager it do not ask you to come back to XMB, just quit the game, and go to the folder... it should work like a charm.

You're right! Loaded it up from from that /appz_home/ps3_game/ and it worked.

hello, i have same problem with the trophie's. Now i wanted to go to the directory you're talking about. But i dont know how to get there. How do i get to /appz_home/ps3_game/ ??

Hey there, it should be just above the "Install Package" folder in the "Games" category.

Hi thx for your fast answer.

I dont have any folder above Install Package, there's just Playstaton Store above it.
I checked the whole Game Category.

I have the Wutangrza CFW 3.55 installed on my PS3 and jailbroken with Geohot's Jailbreak.

Does that explain why i havent this folder, or do you have the same CFW?

EDIT: Okay i have a solution now:

- I have to put in any random Bluray-Disc
- Start LV2 Patcher
- Start MultiMan
- Run the Backupped Game
- Then i get Trophy Error and return to XMB.
- Then run the Disc and Voila. The Backupped Game starts

I have kmeaw. I thought all CFW's had that folder. :O But anyways, if you're using any of the latest backup managers, what you can do is run your backup manager, load up Demon's Souls, make sure you select an option to quit back to XMB after loading up the game, then insert any PS3 game disc, when the disc pops up in the XMB Games menu, run that, then it should work.
