Asura's Wrath on 3.55cfw with fixes still won't run! help!

Hello,

I have Asura's Wrath backup (BLUS30721), and have a 3.55fix (because i'm using the old faithful 3.55kmeaw with MM) that's a pkg.file for the BLUS30721, and a EBOOT.BIN (comes in the fix package).

So I replace the eboot.bin, install the pkg, load the game and when it asks for permission change from 3.73 to 3.55 i say Yes (running on MM), but when it goes back to launch on xmb it still won't run, system always asks for updating the firmware to 3.73.

What can i do, what i am doing wrong?
I'm running internal. I have the game in a 16gb pen also (external) but it won't show on the MM game menu, so that isn't helping either....

I had the same problem but I download dlc pack of Clandestine which is included with fix patch and it works
