    So i have a seagate 3tb hd.. And i made a GAMEZ in the root folder, placed my game into it, plugged it in.. and it turns out Multiman wasn't able to read.. HELP!

    OH and when i try backing up from internal to external it freezes my ps3.

    it has to be formatted to FAT32... and im not sure of the size limitation for that if theres one

    You'll need to run it in compability mode if youre on windows 7... it might take a couple tries before you get it right...

    Its in NTFS format now your drive, so multiman cannot read it just like that...you will need to place the USB.CFG file that comes with multiman, here is the tutorial: http://psgroove.com/showthread.php?2...8798#post28798

    Or you can format the HDD to FAT32, your choice.

    I would recommend formatting to fat32 if you do not have another external HDD, as some games work only from external and with NTFS drives you cannot load game from them, just transfer.
