What's an eboot.bin?

Hello,

Like many other guys I`m new here, I can`t play GT5 from my backup manager (the lovely black screen appears) What can I do? I readed about decrypt EBOOT.BIN, but I don't have idea of this.

upload the game to your laptop then patch the eboot then reupload to the ps3 ? am still tryin to figure out how to patch the eboot file

Is there a tutorial for this I broke my ps3 because I tried to patch COD
I could not find a tutorial in how to do that iboot...

Eboot is Similar to pc exe (executable file) .encrypted with information .

you need to get the original eboot for it to work on newer bm's. If you can find one just replace the one you currently have with original.

not sure how you are booting your game but when it asks if you want to boot direct or exit choose exit then it will show up where a disc normally would
