there is a mistake in the toturial!! in Step 2

    Step 2 - PS3 Setup

Go to the settings tab on the XMB, then select "Network Settings" followed by "Internet Connection Settings". Push ok on the prompt and select "Custom", "Wired Connection", "Auto-Detect" then "Manual". Fill out the form as follows.

    IP Address 10.1.1.2
    Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
    Defualt Router 10.1.1.0
    Primary DNS 10.1.1.0
Secondary DNS 10.1.1.10 this not not correct!<------- 10.0.0.100 is the correct!!!

If your router is set up to automatically dish out ip numbers you don't need to go fiddling with any settings on you pc. In the hands of a noob that can be damaging to your computer's internet access.

Just run an ftp client on your PS3 be it inside a Back Manager or stand alone Blackbox Ftp. The PS3 will tell you what its ip address is. Note it down. Go to your PC and run filevilla or ant FTP program. Do NOT enter any name or password, just enter the ip number of the PS3. it will connect. Navigate to your game on the pc eg. BLxxxxxx and drag it to the queue to be transfered. On the Reception side Navigate to HD0/gamez (or where ever you store your back ups.

Start the process of transfer, wait and enjoy.

    Hi.
I've done all the settings as it said in the guide (which was great by the way, thanks) but I'm only getting a max of 20KBps. I'm on FlashFXP and the Ps3 is on Blackb0x 1.2

    Any suggestions please?

Never mind, I came across an article about changing the duplex speeds. Getting 10MB/s now.

    Thanks again for the guide.
