    hi
    am new to ps3 , i bought it month ago and the multiman which is installed in it is very old version (1.13) and i want to update it.

    now i downloaded the latest version (v2.00.01 full) and i got these files:-



    after i put these files to a flash stik,what next???

    should i uninstall the exsiting one???and then what should i do??

    plz am very very new to this so plz help me

    Run the multiMAN ver 2.00.01 FULL (2011513_220000).pkg on your ps3
    and you dont have to uninstall the older one
    U miight also want to run the BDROM-reset.pkg
    I'm black deal with it ;D

    Just put the multiMAN ver 2.00.01 FULL (2011513_220000).pkg file on the usb stick and plug it in usb then goto intall pacakge file and install it...you are done
    and if the games does not works then Copy BDrom-Reset.pkg on the usb drive and install it too on your ps3

    You going to need the BDEMU too. It's not included in the pkg anymore and if memory serves me well, Dean stopped including it from v1.16. Can't link as it's illegal. And you only have to install it once and I mean never again. (unless you format your drive that is)

    What CFW do you have?
    You only need to run one of those two full .pkg files.

    If you are on Kmeaw, run the one without WT at the end.
    I would much rather go to my grave not needing my gun, than go there wishing I had it.

    what about the two compressed files : multiMAN [EBOOT_FIX] and multiMAN [Last Game]

    what r they 4????? how do i use them?

    multiman eboot fix is to fix the eboot files for the different fw versions so that they can be played on the ps3, but 3.60 games do not work. And the last game is an homebrew that saves the last game you loaded with multiman and stores it so that you can just directly load that from the xmb without having to turn on MM.

    I like to add that BDEMU is actually a MUST which the Noob tutorial did NOT put in, had me figuring what I done wrong and why I cannot boot internal games.

    Also to add, the booting of games are not really defaulted correctly and you should set how to boot the game in order to play.
