Hello fellow ps3 jailbreakers! Ever wanted to access your ps3 so bad..for some or another reason but cannot due to several inconvinient situations? Like:-
1.Your son/daugther/wife/mom/dad/grandpa/grandpa etc. is playing on the ps3 or using the pc
2.Your attending to your "call of nature", when you get an idea and need to access it then before you forget?
Well have i got an solution for you.
ACCESS YOUR PS3 VIA ANDROID DEVICES:-
Here is a little tutorial for those who own an Android enabled phone. This will allow you to access your PS3 via FTP. Accessing PS3 via FTP is nothing new, but via phone is. There will be a couple of applications that is needed in order to start this tutorial.
You will need:
ES File Explorer (for android)
OpenPs3Ftp 1.4(not the "no pass" one)
Dev Blind(for writeable dev_flash access

I’ve tried numous FTP Apps but never got it to work until now.
Install Dev_Blind on your PS3, there have been many a warning about bricking – so do it at your .. oh never mind, you know what im gonna say.
If you’re nieve enough to delete the whole of your dev flash and expect it to be fine, you deserve a brick. ahem, anyway…
Finally install Open FTP
On with good stuff,
Fire up dev_blind to enable writeable flash
Then open up Open FTP, your ANDROID and PS3 Must Be On The Same Network!
Finally, on your phone
Load up ES File Manager go to new –> Server –> and put in
USER:
root
PASSWORD:
openbox
NOTE: it has to be the non “no pass version” as it wont work otherwise.
It needs the Username and Password.
also click on “Passive”
Port: 21
For Display as you can put anything and it will work. Ive just put the name of my phone.
Ignore Encoding.
In a few seconds you should see a list of folders + dev_blind on your android device!
Happy FTP-ing ^_^
Thats it! your ready to roll out the toilet paper and your work on the ps3 is complete
