The Fight:Lights out on Jailbreak

Hi all!I want to ask a little questions!How i can use the game with 3.50 on disc?Example!I recently tried to run the game from disc (The fight:Light out) with the jailbreak! jailbreak turned the game in the firmware 3.41 was a (screensaver about warning ps3 move) and the game was freezes!but the games work with Firmware 3.42 from the disk!What should I do to make the game will work with the disk! I know that the game if a copy on the hard just need the patch!
