If a person as access to post something like this on this or any other site as well as a video on what they did, they have access to the many search engines that are out there.

You're quick to say it's a put down, when it was simply saying "It's not new, this method has been around."

For you to say it's not necessary to put people down for contributing, the same can be said about your post toward perspex. How would you think or feel if someone extremely new to the scene started posting what Montonx said it being "NEW" and get flamed and bashed because they didn't know?

Things like this is part of the reason I'm getting annoyed with this site. Handful of people creating new topics for old information thinking it's worthy of news or thinking it's ok to start a new topic if you're just trying to get help on something, while being selfish and failing to they aren't the only one with a question similar to someone else and a topic may have already been created.

As helpful as it might be considering there might be people on 3.56 that didn't know the DNS "trick" worked, it's almost a given since it does work on previous FW before JB, dongles, etc.

if you see how many ways we can get online now i think sony wants us on psn as many people love online gaming or the store as they read our posts. They must feel more secure about their psn games not being decrypted. Keep us happy in the non piracy side of things since v3.60 maybe uhackable.

Nothing pertaining to software is "unhackable". It just takes time to figure out what was done to create it and where there's an exception or loop that can exploited.

thank you crimson, that is exactly what i wanted to say, and also if this was news worthy i wouldnt mind it. So i wont encourage it, for newbies to come here..and see in BIG LETTERS..the all so GREAT DNS TRICK, and it will work for them for sometime until sony blocks it, or straight forward bans them. Then they are gonna come here and ask **** like, "WHAT HAPPENED? DNS TRICK IS NOT WORKING", and ****....this is like a match between MIKE TYSON and MEGAN FOX, yeah megan will arouse tyson and win for the first few rounds, but that the end tyson is gonna come in here and tear off her ear. So why ur betting your money on megan? when u know, its a sure loose!

crimson everything you have said is valid and i do not dispute that...but as i said in my first post everybody on this forum as a valid point of view or it wouldnt be a forum..my only problem with "plastics" opinion is that while also being valid i just think we are to quick to dismiss people and to knock them down for being "new".....PEACE!

why do you keep saying "new", likes they are ******g newborns? they are either grown men or they are around 15 and above....they aren't stupid. If they cant get something, they will find it using google and many others means to find info on the net. And if they are confused we are always there to help them, these type of news are exactly what your not supp to confuse the public with, "new" users will see these news and get confused when it stops working in few weeks, then they are gonna start hating jailbreaking, because they will think its TOO COMPLICATED. I love this site and do whatever it takes to make it grow. I don't criticize anyone for their contributions, but whatever i say I say with a god damn reason. And this post will affect people in the LONG RUN.

well thats me told isnt it......no so once upon a time you was "new" to the scene so i take it you didnt ask questions? you didnt post **** you thought was interesting?...no...so unless you have actually contributed something worthwhile your just like the rest of us leeching of other ppls intellect and no matter what you say it wont deter from that little fact...so if i need to go back and start looking through all your "posts" and seeing exactly what you have "contributed" why dont we just call it quits and agree to see things from a different view point?agreed?

Believe it not...i did NOT post stupid **** on this website, actually the first ever post i ever did was the TUTORIAL on how i found out you can permanently change the button layout of your korean/asian ps3 to the american. Ok dudes, my cousin installed the rebug 3.60 spoof. He pressed X to install it. Then the ps3 kinda froze. Nothing was happening, for over 12 minutes. So he turned it off from the mains and now when he is switching it on, the ps3 turns on but the TV is telling us "NO SIGNAL", we tried taking out and plugging in the HDMI but still no go. We tried holding the power button to restart it but nothing happened. Any ideas? He is freaking out big time. We need a reply ASAP!!!-perspex

Yeah, i got the 1.16.08 version of MM, and umm...i wanted to try out the NTFS support, well not quite sure how it works. I put the games into the GAMES folder and plugged it in, i did the START+?/\ thing, it told me to plug it in, well it was already plugged it. Then BAM! nothing, same ****....not showing any of the games i put in. Any Idea how to get this going?-PERSPEX

I did google it DUMB****....and i found the solution and for the SIGNAL problem..no1 ******G HAD THAT PROBLEM YOU STUPID PIECE OF ****...and that chucking out the window was a ******G JOKE...just because i help people here..it doesnt mean i have to be serious all the ******g time..u ******g ******, you have no ******g idea how much i contribute here...so please shut the **** up and live ur life, stupid piece of ****!!!!!
