Isn't jailbreaking officially legal in Spain?

Back in 2010 I've seen many sites and blogs posting, Sony has lost a lawsuit and jailbreaking would be officially legal in Spain, or something like that.
What's up with that? Wouldn't this mean that Sony couldn't sue devs living/working in Spain? Or did things have changed since then?
If I find that story again I will link it here.

yea its legal. I believe you still can't obviosly sell copyrighted material (games) as that is part of international laws. But they can sell a modded ps3 with no problem. There was a huge court case, and eventually led to the approval of it.
