Well if anyone has got any suggestion plz tell me. I know one of em which is when u sign out and sign in when the connection sign comes up.

So I'm going to assume you were banned because you cheated on Black Ops. That's an easy fix. Just follow these quick and easy steps...
-Safely take the HDD out of your PS3
-Take a strong magnet and swipe it across your HDD
-Take the HDD, put it in your microwave, and turn it on for exactly 90 seconds
-Take your PS3, put it behind your moms car, and wait for her to run it over
After that, you won't have to worry about getting banned from Black Ops ever again.

yep cheaters on online games can go suck a D___ sure cheatings all fine and good on single player but takes all the fun out of it unless youve finished it first on the hardest mode without cheats
Have you tried getting banned again? it may cancel out the ban your currently in!
watcha do to get banned anyway maybe i can help you get banned 2x so it will get you unbanned -1x/2x + 0.5
Easy way to get unbanned:
1.Go and buy a new PS3
2.Go online and don't cheat.
