Geohot and Multiman 3.55 Now PS3 presumed hacked?

Hi guys

Ive been working away over the past few days on hacking my slim ps3 ive installed geohot via usb stick (FAT32 formatted) for anyone wanting to do the same.

I then downloaded the latest version of multiman 1.12.0.5 and installed this aswell

I am now able to transfer games from Disc To internal console hard drive.

BUT

Could I play the games directly from usb portable hard disk drive e.g

Backed up games on the external hard drive then plug the external hard drive into the ps3 via usb cable

and set to "Lauch" in multiman ?

@boybiffa I've tried using multiman 1.14.01 on my jailbroken geohot 3.55 ps3 slim, however when I try to load a game it doesn't appear in the XMB. However I can backup games onto my internal hdd (backed up battlefield bad company 2), so I was wondering do you need to install anything else on the ps3 to get multiman to work properly?

And for question, I'm using multiman 1.14.01 and it does have an option to play from USB but I haven't tried it as I cannot get the games to load.

put a original game disk.then u will see game on xmb. i'm using multiman and gaia both r working super. and i'm also playing from my usb hdd. some game u might see black screen. because u either edit sfo or eboot.bin or where u download the they edit it. so alll have do is put a game disk and play and if any game show black screen u have to replace ur game sfo and eboot.bin file with original eboot and sfo

yes u can. i install mutiman 1.14.01 and gaia 2.06 both r working.at the moment u need bd game disk to run game. my external game r set as 'gamez' because i love gaia. but it's working on multiman perfectly. u leed to install lv2 v 6. but multiman 1.14.01 don't neen lv2 to run everytime u start ur ps3. u only need it because of fix permission.

Put any bluray game in the drive, launch game from multiman, get booted to XMB, go to your game disc icon, there's your game.
