I'm saying the specific exploit demonstrated in the video is not actually 3.60 cfw. We still cannot sign packages because we still don't have the keys.

3.60 CFW is not out yet we do not have 3.60 keys, we do not have access to the LV2 yet therefore it is fake, another do not believe whatever crap you see on YouTube, just people trying to make an idiot out of you. You can however downgrade your PS3 Phat 256MB NAND Models from 3.6X to 3.55 using the infectus method, and have CFW 3.55 on your console.
