Tbh with your actual FW you shouldnt realy care for it since its absolute useless for you.
But

Rebug = a cfw to play backuped games (you need max 3.55 ofw -->everything above wont let you jealbreak your ps3)
Spoof = somehow a trick to gamble with game and "tell" it that you actualy have the ofw 3.65 on your system running but wit ha jailbroken system

the spoof doesnt do anything else than blockng new updates so you cant update to OFW by accident
some time ago you could go on PSN with it

rebug is a CFW which has more features than the typical FWs (OFW and CFW) mostly for developers (debugging options)
