Assassins Creed BH via XMB

I installed my patched pkg file for the game and i transferred everything under the USRDIR directory except the EBOOT.BIN file. I pressed x on the game and it brought me to an update for the game so i installed it and it gave me an error. It returned me to the xmb and the shortcut for the game was gone however the game data was still there. I will now try disconnecting my internet from the ps3 when i start the game but if this is the going to be the case with all games i will never be able to play online. Is there any work around or something that i missed?

Hey, I'm no expert but I think there's an update for assassins creed via .pkg
I've only heard about it and I'm not sure where you get it from. Sounds to me like you need to update it with that and it'll work.
