Problem with using Gaia 2.0.6 FTP server

Hi guys, long time lurker on these forums, first time posting

I've recently been having some problems when FTP'ing large files into my PS3 when I use the built- in FTP server from Gaia 2.0.6. After a while my FTP client (FlashFXP) will disconnect and wont be able to reconnect untill I restart Gaia manager. Is there something I'm missing or should I use another FTP server?
I'm using fkmeaw CFW 3.55 if thats of any help.

use the blackbox ftp v1.2....it works flawlessly and its stealth!
