Well ll usually ask Questions first but your ps3 can already play PS2 ans PS1 Games you dont need an emulator
just put the game in the system....
here is the article for it: http://psgroove.com/content.php?278-...ev-Flash-Patch
I love how he don't mention how his system is JailBroken or that he needs that Article you posted or Why he even posted this topic
But some hoe some way you manage to know exactly what he needs from the tiny information he gave Epic 9 times over......
lol, the only reason why I know is because i saw that article yesterday and got excited because i thought it was for slim ps3 too, but I read it and saw it was only for fat ps3s.
Oh man am I glad I stumbled upon this thread. I have one of those PS3s and have been wondering for a while about this. Thanks for the info![]()
That linked thread is from the early days of jailbreaking. If you have a backwards compatible unit and your running current cfw, you can play ps1/ps2 games legit from original disc. If your trying to play backups, you need to burn em and use the disc swap method. Nothing has changed. There is no emulation being done.
Why the **** did you open this topic?
You read someone posting shit on another thread, still thats no excuse getting excited like a little schoolgirl and opening a new thread solely dedicated to 1 PERSON's words....
Unbelievable
To be honest, there's no reason to shit on the OP's post. If you disagree with something or don't like a post, simply ignore it like we try so hard to do with your trolling unfortunate existence.
There is no need for you to use emulators(and they are non-existent). As far as I know, your PS3 should be backwards compatible as my old 4-port 80GB PS3 was backwards compatible. Your PS3 is a 60GB model which is even older than the 80GB model so you should be able to play original PS2 games; PS1 games are already compatible. As blazie151 already mentioned, if you want to play backups you have to use the disk swapping method.
