3DO Emulator

Now, I don't know much about coding, but maybe someone with some insight, can lend their knowledge.

The 3DO emulator freedo, FreeDO emulator, has always been closed source for years. But, I just noticed a few few months ago. They recently released the source code at freedo - Project Hosting on Google Code.

What it be possible to easily port, some developer would take a quick glance at this?

hmm, 3DO, now that is some old shit right there, never heard of it, maybe it wasn't that famous? but, hey! dont take my word for it, some1 may help you out. Post this news everwhere!!!

Its famous

it was one old CD console

IT's made May of 93 i think and it was 699$ it was the ps3 of the 90's but it failed HARD! it played Music too

i never got to play it and i need one to complete my collection of consoles...

Here is a decent YOUTUBE video on it. Damn thing had no copy protection since there wasnt really any burners out and internet was like 56k. Would be nice to give a try on PS3.

I remember that I had one of those, back then was the only high quality graphics console (compared to Sega and Nintendo of course), that was the best Super Street Fighter ll Turbo in my opinion, one funny thing about that it was that you could pause the game but the background music continued playing, something that didn't happened on the other releases on the other consoles. But yeah it was expensive but I was single at the time so I could afford it back then. there was some decent games Road Rush was good you could actually the scared faces of the people in a funny way when you run over them.

i loved my 3DO! man this is an emulator i would definitely download. it had PO'ed, Way of the Warrior, alone in the dark, bladeforce, who shot johnny rock.

man i cant believe i let my brother keep the 3DO and the Dreamcast. what was i thinking.....

lol yeah i remember this thing i couldnt tell you how meany nights were wasted to SLAYER that was one of the best games at that time if you ask me haha dreamcast i still have mine still play it once and a great while mostly RUSH2049 or PSO
