Is there any manager that can load and copy without a payload running

i have iphone 3g which i jb my ps3 with but its my bros so i cant use it alot

is there any manger i can install (3.41 OFW) that runs fully without a payload

when cfw becomes stable such as with psp then i will install into ps3 as i have noticed it has many bugs at the moment

In order to actually run a game, you need a payload running. Payloads cannot run without peek/poke enabled. Peek/poke ability requires CFW or a dongle.

That being said, 3.55 kmeaw with the new 1.14 multiman released today is just as good if not better than 3.41 dongle jb. I have not had a single issue with my backwards compatible 80gb ceche phat since kmeaw and multiman 1.12 (with the separate lvl2.pkg). I have multiple friends with slims and phats jailbroken with kmeaw's cfw and multiman, all without issues. The only thing apparently different is that my friends and I did all firmware installs in recovery mode, and transfer all data through ftp using blackbox and winflash. If you use an external that doesn't matter.
