I couldn't find a thread on this, so if there is I will happily delete.

You can get rid of the music on multiman by deleting the SOUND.BIN file found in dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR in file manager mode.
Remember to use the directional pad to scroll down.

you can also load any other mp3 back to where the original SOUND.bin was. just rename the song's name to "SOUND.bin" and load it back to the same place you deleted it from and viola. i use bone thugs n harmony-crossroads when i use multiman.

p.s. sometimes if it doesnt work you need to navigate back to the SOUND.bin and delete the ".mp3" from the file name. when i tried this i copied it in as SOUND.bin but when i reset my ps3 and ran multiman again it renamed the file automatically for some reason to SOUND.bin.mp3 and i just deleted the .mp3 off the end and it worked flawlessly everytime i start multiman.

To change the music your supposed to rename the mp3 file to SOUND.BIN
I cant get the song I want to work so i'll settle with the silence.

Did you follow what No0bzilla said and see if MM added in the ".mp3" to the SOUND.bin file?
I would much rather go to my grave not needing my gun, than go there wishing I had it.

    AHHH Got it working,

Caplital letters in .BIN and remove the .mp3 in FTP.
You can tell by the highlighted green that its named properly.
