Recommend me a 1.5 or 2tb drive for Multiman NTFS support :)

Ok, so after my 1tb WD Elements drive constantly freezing on Multiman when in NTFS mode I borrowed a friend's 500gb (forgot the brand - one I've not heard of before!?) and it worked perfectly. As a result I'm wondering if someone can recommend a drive 1.5 or 2tb they have working NTFS partitioned with Multiman please? As I want to use it to watch MKV's on both my WDTV box and Showtime via Multiman. So if someone could recommend one they have tried and can confirm working that's be great.
