Can not install any *.PKG after delete Multiman BM 1.16.11?

Help me please, I just delete Multiman 1.16.11 to update 1.16.13, but
when i try to install Multiman 1.16.13 the progress bar remains in 0% and
after a while i see an error 8001001C, then my PS3 restarts in recovery mode
and shows a message file system is damage.

I have 3.55CF from Kmeaw. I reistall de OF 3.55 then 3.55CF kmeaw again, but it does not work, then i installed a new ps3 compatible hard disk and OF3.55 and then 3.55CF Kmeaw, but the problem is still on: I can not install any version of Multiman, i cannot install SNES EMU!!! But i can install sucessful GAIA Manager 2.07.

Please help me why after delete Multiman 1.16.11 my PS3 turns inestable and
can not install again Multiman and others *.pkg

you may have to try re-formatting your hard disk and start again?
