Updating 4.21 Rogero v1 to 4.21 Rogero v9 problems

Hello there.

For whatever reason, my PS3 pulled a semi brick when going from the 'transition' downgrade firmware provided in the latest Rogero update for downgrading back to 3.55. It wouldn't boot with the hard drive I had in it. No recovery menu, nothing. Just black screen of death.

So I pop the hard drive out and try to reformat a new one. Things seem fine and are up and running but no matter how many times I 'format' these new drives from the menu, it always loops me back to the start and asks to format again.

Any help? I have the QA flag on my console on and an old USB key from the 3.41 days. Saw that I might be able to save myself with it.

Can you get into Recovery menu now and is the installed FW the 422to355 PUP?

No recovery menu. And that was the last firmware to be installed before things got messy.
