Uninstall CKW 3.55 Can anybody help me???

I have got a question , I have got Kmeaw CKW 3.55 on my ps3 and now i want to return to the official firmware . Can anyone help me? Can i just update or does my ps3 brick ??
THX for the answer . I checked the forum, but i could not find it.....?

well it wont hurt or brick the console but just be sure update to OFW 3.55 and then update it to OFW 4.21
