Stuck with a problem!

Hello all experts out there. NEED HELP!!

1. Used a youtube guide to jailbreak a fat PS3 with Geohot JB on an official firmware. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYXI6dA476M) All worked fine.
2. I found a external harddrive with a FAT32 filesystem, created a "GAMEZ" folder an copy all my games on to it.
3. I installed ftpserver_12.pkg, multiMAN ver 1.12.05 BASE [20110113_170000] FW 3.55.pkg and openman2.1_3.55.pkg, all worked fine.
4. I now plugged in my external harddrive and both the multiMAN and Open Manager can read all my games on the harddrive.

BUT, when i try to load ANY game will it's just sending me right back to the XMB, also try to copy the game on to the ps3 hdd. Not working.
Is there anything i have forgotten any do any of you have any suggestion what to do!?

Flash back to 3.55 OFW through the recovery menu, then to 3.55 kmeaw's CFW. After that, update multiman to 1.13, it supports backups on kmeaw's cfw without anything else needed now. A guide for installing kmeaw's cfw is below.
