i jailbroke my ps3 this morning and played vba on 3.55. I don't want to get banned on psn so im going to go back to Original 3.55 firmware. Can i still get banned?

tried naughty bear and tht didnt work. havent had 1 bloody backup so im done, and im sticking to homebrew.

Just for experimental reasons, and after watching a cool trailer of naughty bear, and since the pkg was here, i thought id run it. heck, the game size was 834 mb! so i do all things neccesary. And then... black screen. Im so annoyed, because now sony might even track me and others who want to run homebrew. Sony will ban for homebrew im sure. Iv heard i can run homebrew without CFW, but when new ones are out, i cba to keep switching from CFW to OFW to CFW again. WIll sony ban for homebrew?
