ok dude. i will help you.

1-you must have an account created in rebug cfw 3.55/3.60 before the attacks to sony.
2-create a new user on the ps3, only the user's account lol.
3-extract xregistry.sys on flash 2 of the PS3 by ftp comngine Maneger and black owsome boxftp 2.2.
4-use Editor xRegistry,sys use 7.5 for window n mount the extract xregistry on this program.
5-find the key "/ setting/user/0000000X/account/utf8name new user name" where x is the user number that corresponds to the new user.
6-within this chain of keys to that number of users looking for "/ setting/user/0000000x/npaccount/loginid" and we put the email account rebug value in the box and press save.
7-then look for "/ setting/user/0000000x/npaccount/password" and we put the password in the box and click save value.
8-then look for "/ setting/user/0000000x/npaccount/accountid" and we value 0000000000000000 in box and click save.
9-registry.sys save changes and restore the console, reboot the console and where to enroll said before psn network, now says log in, start it, and should enter.

finaly reboot your ps3 en you will be back online.
