PS3 Problem after downgrade

Do not format HDD in FAT32, because PS3 HDD have another FS(not fat32).
Put your console in service mode again. And try to format HDD from settings>system settings>format utility in service mode.

Hey Agzam! Thank you for the reply. I will try that and come back here with a response.
UPDATE: The format didn't work, so I updated it to 3.40 but not from the menu ( I used the downgrade method with the stick) and after I kicked it out of service mode the rebuilding database screen came up again, and now my hope was lost, but as soon as it started rebuilding it gave an error and said that the HDD must be formatted in order to work
, So I pressed ok and DONE!! Finally, out of service mode with 3.40 version. Now I have to install the update to 3.41 and JB. Thank you all who tried to help.
