PS3 jailbreaking help

Hello i got myself an e3 card reader, but im new in jailbreaking stuff so i have some questions if some1 can answer me cause i tried searching for help topics but ddint found any.
Ive looked on some jailbreaking tutorials and all i could find is that u take the firmwarehermesv4bvskakaroto.bun file and put it on the e3 card reader(in upgrader partition), but i also seen some stuff about geting some files and changeing them to h.hex or k.hes(all i understood is that h.hex files are if ure booting with hermes and k.hex is for kakaroto) but how do i get the hexes and what are they doing?
Also some games arent working on my ps3 though others dont have any problems with them, i start the game and after a 10-20 seconds of blackscreen it goes back to menu screen.

So wich is the e3 card reader fw?all i can see are upgrades for JB firmware.
I got the thing hermesv4bkakarot.bin file and worked but some games like:
Naruto ultimate ninja storm 2
Enslaved
and others games arent working(from all games ive dl only half of them are working) so can any1 give me some real help?like the names of the file wich i need for my JB to be good?
