Give more details. Are you running from external or off external?

dude, 90% games don't work if you don't have a original blu-ray game inside your ps3, just put any ps3 game in your ps3...load game with multiman, den just go to the blu-ray icon and turn on game from there.

I have 5 fat 40GB Consoles on all of which I had 3.50 OFW, and when then updated to OFW 3.55, then CFW Kmeaw 3.55, but had one major problem, neither of those 5 won`t read BluRay disc ? Does AnyOne has a solution for that ???

Discless support is almost non-existent. Only use discless if your bluray controller board is bad. Otherwise, get a game and put it in there, fix your laser if that's bad, and game with a disc in it.

I have had the same blu ray in my ps3, untouched, for weeks. You don't need to change the blu ray, just leave any old game in there. Your still using the hard drive, it's just using the blu ray for the initial launch authorization.
