    Its weird that its blackscreening on all homebrew. Game backups I could see here and there, but every homebrew app makes no sense. Not even emulators are working? Try downloading and installing snes9x and see if that runs.

    Im having the same problem,every homebrew app I try to open gives me a black screen.Ive done the same thing you've done.Gone to ofw via recovery mode,then restore files using recovery mode then to kmeaw's cfw via recovery mode and still get the black screens everytme Ive tried to open any homebrew app.and the blu ray drive is broken too
    ,Im not hijacking this thread,Im just sharing my experience which is very similar to this guy's problem.

    Did u upgrade to the cfw using normal mode or System recovery mode??? try using system recovery! and make sure the md5 chhecksum 4 kmeaw is correct and try using Gaia manager its GREAT!!!!

    I posted the solution here the other day when the site was acting up and I guess it didn't get posted. I don't know the link was, but someone said that they had the same issue after switching cfw and leaving the homebrew apps on the ps3. The solution was to delete all the homebrew, revert to ofw, format, revert back to cfw, and install the homebrew again. Worked for him.

    Then download kmaew custom CFW. and install multi-man on it. You don't need a modified lvl2diag. Multi-Man supports discless booting.
