Hit a bad problem...

Okay so after my second ps3 that had cfw broke down, I recently bought another. I was busy to jailbreak it at the time so everything was put on a usb and I gave it to my friend so he can do it for me, hes done it before so I trusted him.

I came back and found my PS3 at 3.60 and the **** says thats what was on the USB.

So I hate to ask, but I havent been really checking on the news lately... how is the progress for getting 3.60 cfw?

dont expect you a cfw to come around anytime soon... your best bet would be to trade your ps3 for another one... or just update to 3.61 so you can get psn (even though theres a temporary way to get online on 3.55)

are you sure its on 3.60? Your friend aint playing a prank on you with the spoofer? oh wait, no...the two folders would still be there, i suggest you kick his a$$.

Anyway, i'd say 3.60 cfw is a gonna take some time. So just go to 3.61 and play online :\
