Don't know where to start. Slim ps3 fw 3.15

Hi, my stepson just got a slim ps3 with fw 3.15. I want to jailbreak it but don't know how r where to find info. I have look through the thread An Entire Summary on PS3 Jailbreaking With Links but it say jailbreaking dongle method is obsolete. What other method can I use? What I want to do is backup the games to the hard drive.

I'd install REBUG CFW 3.41.3 for now and when JFW 3.41 DH comes out swap to that, I only recommend REBUG 3.41.3 so when JFW DH you dont have to downgrade and with JFW were probably going to be able to play the latest games.

Ok, I have all 3 manager. My stepson ask what the different. I don't know what to say. I even don't know with one is better.

depends on what you've got?

generally you should stick with multiman - most of the others do one or two things but multiman mashes the lot together, lol

ie iris manager will play split games

gaia has ftp

(yes i know, before someone points it out - iris does as well but as far as i know gaia cant handle split games... this is just a quick example anyway, my point being that i dont think one manager can do anything that mm cant)

but multiman will do both... some people have a few for different reasons and its always good to have more than one for testing - just keep one ready to use easily and put the others in another folder etc out of the way for when you need them - thats what i do
