Hello and sorry for my English, internet searching, I found a page called ps3jailbreakfree claiming to have a custom firmware 3.60-jb, my question is, is reliable to install it? or do I have to wait for something that is tried out?

You stumbled upon one of the hundreds of fake websites advertising PS3 3.60 CFW, stay away from it. Any REAL 3.60 CFW will be announced on one of the playstation 'scene' websites.
